Shipping Policy

The Captain likes things to be simple, and we think you do too. In the US, we offer one low flat rate shipping option for most gift sets and bottles. Most orders are shipped out within 24-72 hours or less on business days! We cannot guarantee shipments will arrive on time because we make hot sauce, we do NOT drive the trucks. We ship with FedEx, UPS, and sometimes with USPS (aka the post office) and most packages are delivered in the 48 continental U.S. arrive within 3-5 business days. Easy right? We cannot guarantee tracking information provided by carrier is accurate.

Shipping Methods

If a preferred shipping method is selected during checkout, we reserve the right to change it due to invalid address, undeliverable to destination, P.O. Box used , and or shipping prices (for example, if FedEx shipping is selected, we may change it to UPS to get it to you faster, cheaper, or more reliably).

Insufficient Address/Returned to Sender

This rarely happens, but when an order is returned to sender, we reserve the right to request the buyer covers any additional costs to re-ship the package. Shipping is expensive, and we do our best to get great rates. When we make mistakes, we make it right. Please double check YOUR shipping address information during the checkout process to eliminate this preventable issue. Mistakes happen....we're here to help.
