Recognizing a gap in the market for a truffle sauce that could meet the exacting tastes of professional chefs, we created BIG TRUFFLE out of necessity. It’s the ultimate cheater sauce, adding layers of complexity to dishes with the simplicity of one compound sauce. Our unique formula includes an exquisite blend of white and black truffles, truffle oil, hot honey, roasted garlic, saffron, and a proprietary mix of handpicked peppers and heirloom spices.
